The Bible is used as an integral part of the school curriculum and all matters of counselling, discipline, and school life are governed by a commitment to Biblical principles and values.

Summer Break

We wish everyone a safe and enjoyable summer vacation and we look forward to seeing you again in September. The school building will be closed but the office will be open for families to connect with us through phone or email.

Summer ESL 2021

The English as a Second Language summer program at NTCS has begun and will countinue until August 20th, 2021. This program is for students entering Gr.9-12 in the Fall and the cost is $1050.00. Inquires should be directed to Mr. Cooke at admin@ntcs.on.ca.

Due to continued Covid-19 restrictions, we regret that we will not be holding our Camp Ke-Mon-Oya summer program again this year. Please check back early in the coming year for updated information, as we anticipate reopening for the summer of 2022.

I have a lot of great memories from my time at NTCS/TYS. In particular, I remember our trips to Chandos fondly. They were a really unique opportunity that sparked a love for the outdoors that has stayed with me to this day. On a recent camping trip, I could almost hear Dr. Jay's voice reminding me that settlers used birch bark as kindling for their campfires.

One of my best memories would be Mr. Collins' senior year law class. From the subject matter that we learned, to the essays that we wrote, to the mock trials that we were regularly engaged in, it was a course that was not only fun and interesting but one that had us always thinking critically.
