Hello Everyone,
Hope you are all well and safe at home!

This way of learning is new to many of us. So we may need to make a few adjustments and improvements along the way. So feel free to communicate to me via email if you have questions or suggestions going forward.

I am certain all of you are staying current with news everyday. There are so much implication of what we are learning in this course to what you hear on news - basically is our best "textbook."

As we continue our unit on international trade agreements and organizations, one of the most frequently mentioned names these days is the World Health Organization (WHO) or the International Olympic Committee (IOC). They are not exactly or technically organizations relating to international trade. But we do see the implication of how various types of organizations work to aid, direct or suggest guidelines for any event that involves several nations to work together.

International organizations and agreements are even more so needed in international business to promote fair, peaceful and mutually beneficial trades for everyone involved.

By the end of this week, you will be able to:
- describe international trade organizations that have influenced global business activity;
- describe Canada's involvement in international trade organizations.

Please find the attached learning log to see what needs to be done this week.
